TikTok repost checker: see and count all your reposts

Quick answerChecked October 2026

TikTok doesn't show a repost count. You can scroll your Reposts tab manually, or let Detok scan it and report your total, your oldest repost and the creators you repost most. The checker only reads your own account, so it can't be used to look at anyone else's reposts.

How to view your TikTok reposts manually

Your reposts live in their own tab on your profile. Here’s how to find them and count them yourself.

On your phone

Your profile with the Reposts tab selected
  1. Open TikTok and tap Profile in the bottom bar.
  2. Tap the Reposts tab under your bio.
  3. Scroll down until no more videos load.
  4. Count the videos. The last one in the list is your oldest repost.

On a computer

Profile page on tiktok.com with the Reposts tab open
  1. Go to tiktok.com and log in.
  2. Click Profile in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click the Reposts tab.
  4. Scroll until the grid stops loading, then count.

Counting by hand works for a few dozen reposts. Past that, it’s easy to lose your place, and the grid can stop loading before you reach the end.

Example of what a Detok scan reports.

What the TikTok repost checker shows

A Detok scan reads your Reposts tab from top to bottom and prints a summary like this one:

  • Reposts: your total, counted for you.
  • Oldest repost: how far back your history goes.
  • Most reposted creator: whose videos show up most in your tab.
  • Time to clear by hand: a rough estimate based on removing each repost separately.

From there you can stop, or go on to clear everything with the Detok repost remover.

Who can see your reposts

If your account is public, anyone who visits your profile can see your Reposts tab, and reposted videos can show up in other people’s For You feeds labelled with your name and profile photo. If your account is private, only your followers can see them. Our guide to who can see your reposts on TikTok covers what you can change.

Questions people ask

Still stuck? Email support@repostremover.io.

Does TikTok show how many reposts I have?

No. Your Reposts tab lists every video you've reposted, but TikTok doesn't show a total. You have to scroll to the end and count, or use a tool like Detok that counts for you.

Can I use a TikTok repost viewer to see someone else's reposts anonymously?

Detok doesn't do that, and we don't recommend tools that claim to. The Detok checker only scans the account you're logged in to. What other people can see of your reposts is covered in our guide to who can see your reposts.

Does checking my reposts remove anything?

No. A scan only reads your Reposts tab and adds things up. Nothing is removed unless you choose to remove reposts afterwards.

How do I find my oldest repost on TikTok?

Open your Reposts tab and scroll all the way to the bottom. The last video in the list is your oldest repost. A Detok scan shows its date at the top of the report, so you don't have to scroll.

Can I check my reposts on a computer?

Yes. Log in at tiktok.com, open your profile and choose the Reposts tab. Detok will also work in Chrome, Edge and Firefox when it launches.
