What the TikTok repost remover extension does
The Detok extension adds a small panel to tiktok.com. From there it:
- Scans your Reposts tab and tells you how many reposts you have, how far back they go and whose videos you repost most.
- Lets you review the list and keep any reposts you want.
- Removes the rest at a steady pace, so you’re not firing off thousands of actions at once.
- Checks each removal and shows a running count, so you can watch it reach zero.
Everything runs in your browser, on your computer.
Permissions, in plain words
When you install an extension, your browser lists what it can access. Here’s what Detok asks for and why:
- Read and change your data on tiktok.com. This lets Detok see your Reposts tab and remove reposts for you. It doesn’t request access to any other website.
- Storage. This saves your settings and scan results on your computer, so a long clear-out can continue where it stopped.
Detok doesn’t ask for your TikTok password, and it doesn’t read your messages.

Is there a Chrome extension that removes all TikTok reposts?
